Fitness Plan - 101
This program includes an in-depth consultation and review of current workout and or goals. Then a weight and cardio training program will be created to meet your objectives. You will be provided with a customized workout plan and one 50 min plan orientation at Flex Gym to review exercises. If additional instruction is needed personal trainings may be booked.
