Beginning Monday January 4th you can sign up for our online fitness classes that can be taken whenever you want and are updated weekly.

Class Description
Barre Fitness is a complete 45 min workout with an emphasis on a strong core ( abs and low back). Deep glute and thigh work as well as arms. A great way to start your day. Minimal props required and household goods may be substituted. We will note the items needed before class.
Barre ball or throw pillow
2 - 3 lb weights or canned/ household goods,
Mat or carpet
For a barre use a chair, back of couch or counter (should be able to touch lightly with out bending forward)
