Nicole's "Bikini" Fitness Competition Journey - Day 1

Nicole is a FlyWheel instructor and colleague of mine who had always wanted to compete in a bikini fitness competition. So we decided to make her dream come true and thought it would be fun to have all of her supporters be able to follow along with her progress.  If you know Nicole you know she is tough and dedicated and very open. So she is the prefect person to share the process on social media.  I have no doubt she will reach her goal, just glad I get to be along for the ride. Colette Kuhnsman has kindly taken me under her wing to help me conquer this goal of mine! 3 months from now I will be putting on a tiny ass swim suite and showing off a crazy ass fit body!!! So excited about the challenge not so excited about giving up my guilty pleasures . Red Wine and cherry twizzlers!!!!
